  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and the carrier.

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and size of your items, and the shipping option selected.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Undeliverable or Delayed Shipments

  • While delivery dates are not guaranteed, we will make every effort to assist in resolving any shipping issues promptly.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@khalifa-jones.com within 3 calendar days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of your package. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, if applicable
